Baked Walleye with Herbs and Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 4 walleye fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the walleye fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, and lemon juice.
  5. Brush the mixture over the fillets.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
