Ingredients:
- 4 walleye fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the walleye fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, and lemon juice.
- Brush the mixture over the fillets.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
