Ingredients:
- 4 bass fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the bass fillets with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil.
- Grill the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, basil, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the grilled bass fillets topped with the tomato and basil relish.
