Grilled Bass with Tomato and Basil Relish

Ingredients:

  • 4 bass fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the bass fillets with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil.
  3. Grill the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, basil, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the grilled bass fillets topped with the tomato and basil relish.
