Grilled Wild-Caught Trout with Garlic and Herbs
Ingredients:
- 4 wild-caught trout fillets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the trout fillets with the herb mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Place the lemon slices on top of the fillets.
- Grill the trout fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they flake easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve with grilled vegetables or a couscous salad.
