Grilled Wild-Caught Trout with Garlic and Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 4 wild-caught trout fillets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the trout fillets with the herb mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Place the lemon slices on top of the fillets.
  5. Grill the trout fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they flake easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with grilled vegetables or a couscous salad.
